The list is updated regularly and is communicated out to Assessors by ACC.

The standard equipment list aims to provide a broad range of equipment necessary to meet the support needs of a significant number of people. The standard equipment list is developed by ACC with input from Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists and technical equipment expertise from Enable New Zealand.

Assessors and Case Managers are encouraged to use the equipment available on the standard equipment list as this will be available to be delivered faster to Clients.
