Disability Equipment Expo 2011

Enable New Zealand, one of the largest providers of disability services in New Zealand, is part of this month’s annual Show your ability expo, which is being held in five cities. This is New Zealand’s premier expo for disability and aged-care equipment.

The Show your ability expo is for disabled people, carers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nurses, support workers and anyone else in the disability field who wants to come to this free expo.

Enable New Zealand General Manager, Heather Browning says: “We will be showing off weka.net.nz, the disability information site. Also, the huge range of books and DVD resources we provide through our free library service that people can take away with them.”

“Visitors may wish to talk through the Equipment and Modification Services (EMS) Assessor Framework and how we support this new process.

“South of the Bombay hills our Professional Advisors and Housing Advisors will be in attendance and happy to discuss any queries or issues you may have.”
