Supportlinks
Supportlinks is a service unit of Enable New Zealand.
Supportlinks holds two contracts for services:
-
Ministry of Health, Health & Disability National Services Directorate, contract for Needs Assessment Service Coordination (NASC) Services for Disabled People.
-
MidCentral District Health Board, agreement for Needs Assessment Service Coordination (NASC) for Older People.
As a service unit we have two teams. A team working with predominantly older people (over 65 years) with age related disabilities and a disabled persons Team working with younger people and children (under 65 years).
Beginning from a small team, our staff now total over 30. Staff come from a variety of backgrounds and offer a wide range of skills.
Supportlinks is committed to working alongside and in collaboration with those whose lives are impacted by disability and the ageing process. At Supportlinks we want to enable people to maximise their own potential.
We support almost 6000 people in the MidCentral Region.
