People using Enable New Zealand NASC are invited to give us feedback about our service. We are keen to hear from you – when we get it right or when we need to improve.

Clients or caregivers can complete our survey. Or you can write to us. If you are not happy with our service you can ask for a review or make a complaint.

If you have concerns about your Enable New Zealand NASC assessment or services

If you (or the person representing you) have any concerns about your needs assessment or report, you can ask for a review. Please talk to your needs assessor. If you are unhappy with the services you are receiving, please talk to your service coordinator.

If you still have concerns you can contact the Enable NASC team leader or manager.

Your rights when using a health or disability service in New Zealand and how to make a complaint

At your needs assessment we give you information about the Health and Disability Commissioner’s Code of Rights. If you are unhappy with your Enable NASC service or feel we have breached your rights, you can contact any of the following organisations.
