Making claims
Use the Enable Spectacle App to make these claims:
Spectacle subsidy towards the cost of eye examinations, frames, lenses, eye patches and repairs
Extra payment for adult size frames (rationale required)
High level subsidy for children with more complex vision needs
Claims under genuine and exceptional circumstances.
If you make claims on behalf of an optometrist or opthalmologist you will need to create an 'on-behalf’ user account.

Cancellations
You cannot cancel an application because once the application is processed the subsidy amount is allocated automatically. However, you can request a credit.
