Our people

On this page you'll find information about the dedicated team at Enable New Zealand, their guiding values, and insights into their roles and leadership.

Every year our team of 195 are busy supporting or directly managing over a hundred thousand requests for services each year.

We work alongside three national funding organisations, 5220 assessors, 572 suppliers and subcontractors; and thousands of members of our disability community.

Our values / Our Māra

The Enable New Zealand Māra (Garden) represents our organisational values, where they sit, and how they contribute to the successful outcomes for our community.

They are our guiding principles, our ways of working, providing the framework where we work together, supporting disabled people and their whānau to live everyday lives in their communities.

The values have been defined for our context, representing what each look like within our organisation, for our people, and for our communities

Manaakitanga – Engaging with respect

Mana Enhancing – Acting with integrity

Whānau centred – Strengths based and self directed

Kotahitanga – Working together for Aotearoa.
