About the App
As a registered ACC provider, Enable New Zealand has developed this app for our equipment subcontractors.
This app lets registered MRES subcontractors search for equipment using a claim number and asset number. It’s been designed to make equipment look-up easier and faster, improving response times and making things more transparent.
By using the search function, you’ll be able to see the details of the equipment related to the claim number or asset number that you enter.
The app is only available to subcontractors who have registered for user access.
How to get user access

Complete the online form
Complete the Maintenance App request form. As part of this, you must agree to the Terms & Conditions for the Equipment Maintenance App.
Your details will be sent to our team to confirm you're an approved subcontractor with us.

Check for the log-in email
We will send each registered subcontractor a log-in email to the email address they provide.
This might take up to one working day to arrive. Please check your spam or junk folder if you haven't received it by then.

Activate your user access
Use the log-in link in the email to activate user access.
The link will stay ‘live’ for 72 hours. If it expires, please let us know and we’ll send a new one.

The app can be accessed using your web browser (on mobile or computer), or by downloading an app for both Androids and iPhones.

Privacy and security
This release represents a significant change because subcontractors will now have direct digital access to client-identifiable information in Enable NZ’s systems, rather than receiving it indirectly from staff. With this comes new responsibilities:
You must search by claim or asset number only.
Access is restricted to registered subcontractors with authenticated accounts.
All subcontractors must comply with the Privacy Act 2020 and the Health Information Privacy Code 2020, including breach notification obligations.
Enable New Zealand retains audit rights and may review usage logs.
This change improves efficiency and transparency but also requires strong privacy and security safeguards. Please make sure your teams understand these responsibilities before using the App.
