Who is eligible?
Te Whatu Ora staff and EMS assessors who have completed a Te Whatu Ora service accreditation training programme.
What are the accreditation requirements?
EMS assessors
You will need to:
add ‘LST’ service accreditation to your EMS Assessor Online account
identify an employer/supervisor online who can endorse your application.
Other DHB staff
You will need to:
complete your Te Whatu Ora service accreditation training
make 2 service requests supervised by a Te Whatu Ora colleague.
Your Te Whatu Ora service accreditation manager will notify us when you have completed the requirements.
When does this accreditation expire?
This accreditation does not expire but you must keep up to date with the Whaikaha accreditation changes.
