On this page you'll find how to return or arrange pick-up for equipment you no longer need and who to contact for advice if unsure about returning it.

Have equipment issued by Enable New Zealand collected

Please return any ACC or Disability Support Services (formally Whaikaha and previously MOH) equipment you don’t use or need anymore. You can return the equipment yourself. Or we can collect it from your home or hospital.

If you’re not sure whether to return the equipment, please check with your occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or other health professional.
