Equipment hire for organisations

Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora, hospitals, rest homes and similar organisations can hire equipment from Enable New Zealand to meet short-term or other equipment needs.

We own a range of bathing, toileting, bedroom, mobility, and bariatric equipment that is available for hire.

We offer two services:

Full hire: where we deliver, set up and collect the equipment for you.
Equipment-only hire: where you deliver, set up, and collect the equipment.

Hire for Health NZ regions

Hire is available for Health NZ-employed Occupational Therapists who are registered with Enable NZ to issue DSS equipment. This is currently active in these regions:

North Island: MidCentral.
South Island: Canterbury, West Coast, Nelson, and some other regions by arrangement.
