Needs assessment and service coordination

Support for disabled people (birth to 65 years) in Manawatū, Ōtaki, Horowhenua and Tararua districts.

A prototype of the transformed disability support system, Disability Support Services (DSS), was launched in the Manawatū on 1 October 2018. The programme shifted NASC customers into the Disability Support Services (DSS) system.

Disabled people and whānau can get in contact with Disability Support Services (DSS) by phone, email, web and Connector hubs throughout the Manawatū.
