Accessing the ACC Returns app

If you receive an email from Enable NZ asking you to review a request:

1. Open the unique link included in the email.

2. Enter the client's date of birth.

3. Review the information displayed in the app.

You will need to obtain the client's date of birth from EOS.

The Returns app will display information about the client, claim, equipment, and the action requiring your review.
