Non-response notifications
You will receive this email if the client has not responded to return reminders or communications from Enable NZ.
You need to:
Review the client and equipment details.
Record whether you have been in contact with the client.
Select whether the equipment is recoverable, and if it should be extended or collected.
Confirm your decision.
What happens next?
If the equipment is recoverable and extended:
The equipment loan is extended.
A new recall date is created.
The client is notified.
If the equipment is recoverable and to be collected:
Enable NZ begins the collection process.
The client is notified that collection will be arranged.
If the equipment is not recoverable:
The equipment is recorded as unrecoverable and written off
This may limit future access to the equipment repairs and maintenance services
Escalations
If any extension or non-response request has not been completed within 28 days, Enable NZ is required to escalate it to the Engagement and Performance Manager.
