Multi-factor authentication for ProWorkflow
After setting up multi-factor authentication, you will be asked to enter a code each time you login. This code will be displayed in your Authenticator app.
Setting up MFA for Proworkflow
Use this guide to set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for ProWorkflow. Follow the steps in order and keep your phone with you during setup. We recommend that you use the Microsoft Authenticator app.

Install an Authenticator app
Download an authenticator app on your phone.

Enable NZ supports and recommends you download the Microsoft Authenticator app, and use that app for this MFA.

Log in to ProWorkflow
Open the ProWorkflow app and enter your usual login details.

QR code displayed
A QR code will appear on screen. This links your account to your authenticator app.
Follow the setup steps below depending on whether you are logging in from a computer or from your phone.

Add the code to your Authenticator app
If you are logging into ProWorkflow from your computer/laptop:
Scan the QR code using your Authenticator app.
Open the Microsoft Authenticator app, tap the QR code scan button (highlighted with the red square near the bottom of the screenshot below), and scan the QR code on your screen.
If you are logging into ProWorkflow from your phone:
Copy the 'secret key' from ProWorkflow and paste into your Authenticator app.
Select the 'Copy text to clipboard' link under the QR code shown.
Then open Microsoft Authenticator and follow these steps:
Tap the + button (highlighted with the yellow square near the top of the screenshot below)
Select Other account.
In the Name field, type ProWorkflow.
Press and hold on the Secret key field, then tap Paste.
Tap Add.

Enter verification code
Enter the 6-digit code shown in your app into ProWorkflow.
Select "Confirm" or "Verify".

Recovery Options
If you have lost, or don’t have access to your authentication device for any reason, select the ‘Lost Your Mobile Device’ button.
An email will be sent to your recovery address with a link to reset your profile's MFA.
From there, sign in to your account as normal, and a QR code will be presented after the login screen.
