Multi-factor authentication (MFA) guides
On this page you'll find links to the multi-factor authentication (MFA) instructions for each app.
MFA adds an extra security step when you sign in. It helps protect access to Enable NZ systems and the information held in them. This means you’ll use more than one way to confirm your identity when signing in. This is normally:
something you know (your password), and
something you have (for example, an app on your phone or a one‑time code sent by email).
Most people will only notice a small extra step when signing in.
Select the app below. If an app you use isn’t showing here, that means it doesn’t yet use MFA.
