About Alisha Ratima

Ko Alisha Ratima Tōku Ingoa.

I am a Customer Service Facilitator for the Clinical Advisory Services team. I started with Enable New Zealand back in October 2022.

In my role I support the Clinical Services Advisors with administrative tasks and duties.

My background is in customer service in a variety of different organisations.

I have a Bachelor Degree in Applied Management with a Major in Accounting.  I graduated back in 2018.

The most rewarding part I find about customer service is being able to help where I can however I can.

What I enjoy about this role the most, is that I am a part of a very supportive team.
I like knowing that my small part I play in this process is for the benefit for our clients.
